Bye-Bye, Greg Wiggle

This is a sad story:
Greg Page, also known as Yellow Wiggle, has retired from The Wiggles because of a chronic illness that prevents him from performing with the group. The official announcement, along with a video message, is posted on the The Wiggles site:
Ben and Naomi discovered The Wiggles earlier this year, and now they’re both enormous fans. Especially Ben. Rarely a day goes by without a request to see a Wiggle show or listen to a CD. Ben even sings their spontaneously, and gets Naomi to participate – especially for Here Comes a Bear, Quack, Quack, Quack, Cock-a-doodle-doo, Fruit Salad, and Captain Feathersword Loves to Dance and Rock-a-bye Your Bear. It’s quite remarkable how their music has engaged Ben’s interest and attention.
Greg was the principal singer for all those songs, so that makes him the voice of the group as far as the kids and I are concerned. I’m sorry that he has to retire, but I’m glad that the group will keep touring, recording new songs and taping new shows.
Stay healthy, Greg. Thank you for the music and dancing that Ben and Naomi love so much.
